COVID-19 Information - 2023
We recognize the importance of ensuring the safety and well-being of our staff and guests amidst the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. We believe in promoting self-responsibility while providing a safe and healthy environment for all.
COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. There is an inherent and elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any gathering place where people are present. There is no guarantee, express or implied, that those attending an event at Cielos will not be exposed to COVID-19.
-
Our general campsite is open-air, however, the Speakeasy, Grand Tipi, personal tents, restrooms, and showers are enclosed. Social distancing within these areas is not possible.
-
Guests should stay home if they are feeling unwell or experiencing COVID-like symptoms, such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath. Refunds will not be given.
-
If you begin to experience COVID-like symptoms or test positive for COVID-19 while attending an event, isolate immediately and notify us right away so that we may alert the surrounding community and our staff. Your identity will be kept confidential.
-
If you are considered high-risk and/or are concerned about possible exposure, we encourage the use of N95 or KN95 face masks and/or personal respirators. Face masks and respirators are not provided.
-
We maintain strict cleaning procedures for our common restrooms and showers daily.
-
Linens are laundered in high-temperature water, and all parts are sanitized between guests. We do not offer changeover services for your linens throughout your stay. If you prefer to bring your own linens and comforters, please let us know by replying to your confirmation email.
We will continue to monitor the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and adjust our policies as necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone attending events at Cielos.
We are grateful for our guests and community. Thank you. 🙏
