All For Love

We are joyfully honored to gather our dearest friends to celebrate love.  Each of you has played a meaningful role in our lives and the journey that has brought us together.  In gratitude, we are excited to create an amazing celebration for all of us! 

A few months ago, we discovered Cielos and realized that it is a truly special venue to celebrate our love for you, each other and to reconnect! Cielos is in a beautiful "off the grid" high desert oasis in one of the most pristine areas of Central California, 2 hours north of Los Angeles. It is the perfect place for our communities from across the world to come together.  

The venue has beautifully designed glamping tents, with comfortable beds, heaters, and warm bedding provided. Cielos’ incredible culinary team will keep us nourished and energized with delicious, farm-to-table meals (we have tasted the food and it is quite excellent!). Bathrooms with hot showers, flush toilets, organic products, and electric power will keep us comfortable. They also have a swimming pool with a wood deck and sandy beach, an incredible outdoor bar, fire pits, and more.  

Immersed in Love 

Cielos will be exclusively ours from Friday, October 7 to Monday, October 10. We are curating a program of events that will include special activities and opportunities for genuine connection. Everyone is invited to participate and express their authentic selves.  Please let us know if you would like to contribute anything specific to the program (participation is sexy!). 

As a quick overview, on Friday evening we will come together for the first time, over libations and a delicious welcome dinner and as we catch up with old friends and make new ones. After dinner will begin to expand outward with music and dancing.  

On Saturday, settled and grounded, we will elevate our collective frequency and play throughout the day, while snacking of every kind and chill music around the pool, crowned by the brightness of the Sun. 

On Saturday evening, we will gather for our ALL FOR LOVE gala dinner around the large central fire. We’ll share timeless moments as we welcome nightfall, dance under the moonlight, expand our senses and open our hearts. The celebration of love will continue through sunrise on Sunday (“Western Psychedelegant” attire requested - eg., Burning Man meets Cosmic Saloon meets Boho Chic - you get the idea!).  

Sunday we will switch gears and "go deep" at the THINK PINK psychedelic pool party, followed by another excellent dinner!    

Finally, everybody is expected to stay through Monday and attend Alex’s 50th Birthday Funky Disco Reggae Brunch before we part ways!!!!  

We will be hosting all meals and other selected surprises. (gourmet brunches, snacks and dinners, etc!) 

Alcohol is not included, but you are welcome to bring your own. You are also encouraged to bring a bottle or two to share! 

Accommodation and More  

We are asking our guests to cover their own accommodation and have arranged multiple options as follows (cost for the whole weekend):  

Glamping  - Cielos has beautifully appointed double and quad platform tents. During the registration process, you will have the option to let us know if you are a couple or with whom you would like to share a tent; our single friends will be in Bell tents with two twin beds.  We have the option to hire additional luxury Bell tents equally comfortable as those on site, should we need them.    

RV Camping - We also have a very limited number of RV spaces for folks that may want to bring the full comforts of home with them (each person in an RV must purchase a "ticket"). For those looking to hire an RV, we recommend checking out Motor Home Republic (very helpful for international folks). There are no electric nor water hookups, nor will you need them.    

Tent Camping - You are also welcome to bring your own tent and camp set-up (that is what we did on our first visit). This price helps cover "land use" fees charged to us by Cielos. This option is great for the experienced festival-goer on a budget.  

The closest "traditional" lodging options are in Cuyama, about 15 miles away. While these options are available for special circumstances, we feel Cielos is much nicer, and hope everyone will stay on-site as the experience we are designing is based on all of us being in this magical oasis together.    

 

Location & Weather  

Cielos' Crazy Diamond is located one hour north of Ojai, 120 miles from LAX, and about five hours south of San Francisco. More location info and directions are here. The nearest airports are Bakersfield, LAX, and Burbank.  We will create a ride-share board closer to the date. Due to its location, the historical temperatures are unpredictable. The averages in October range from highs in the low 80's during the day to lows in the low 40's at night. The weather is usually quite nice, but layering and flexible wardrobes are a must.    

COVID Protocol  

We want everyone to feel very comfortable, relaxed, and safe. In addition to the event being outdoors,  Cielos will be following up to confirm vaccination status. We also recommend you do a rapid antigen test before coming (we will also have a few onsite).  

RSVP Process  

Your purchase of an accommodation "ticket" will serve as your RSVP. Please RSVP as soon as possible!  Space is limited and we really want you with us!  Also, kindly remember this is a very special private invitation for you only (please contact us if you would like to bring somebody we don't know). And please do not share this link with others.  

Also, we kindly request no presents, except for your presence - you are our greatest gift!
