Yeti or Not: 90th Birthday Celebration

We are celebrating our combined 90th birthday! We have discovered a truly special venue, and want to create and share a memorable experience with you, our most amazing friends!  

We’ll have maximum fun with minimal effort. We’ll stay in beautifully designed glamping tents, with comfortable beds and warm bedding provided. Cielos’ talented chefs will keep us energized with delicious, farm-to-table meals. Bathrooms with hot showers, flush toilets, and electric power will keep us comfortable. The venue also includes a swimming pool with wood deck and sandy beach, a bar that will remind you of Ashram Galactica, fire pits, and more. Check out the Cielos private events page for photos.  

We’ll gather Friday evening for a tasty dinner and to reconnect. Saturday will include chill poolside beats, relaxation, and more. Saturday night, we’ll gather in the large main tent to dance on polished hardwood floors to a high end surround sound system. Wear your playa favorites. White costumes encouraged!  

The venue is exclusively ours from Friday through Sunday afternoon.

Tickets for Friday through Sunday are $350 per person, plus credit card fees, and include luxurious glamping accommodations, food, and activities. Please secure your tickets ASAP, as capacity is limited.  

During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to let us know if you are a couple and with whom you would like to share a tent; our single friends will be in bell tents with two twin beds.  

We also have a very limited number of RV spaces for folks that may want to bring their trailer. RV tickets are $250 per person for Friday - Sunday, and each person in an RV must purchase a ticket. There are no electric nor water hookups, nor will you need it.  

Alcohol is not included, but you are welcome to bring your own. You are also encouraged to bring a bottle or two to share.  

Location & Weather

Cielos Crazy Diamond is located one hour north of Ojai, 120 miles from LAX, and about five hours south of San Francisco. More location info and directions here (linked). 

Due to its location, the historical temperatures are unpredictable. The averages in November range from highs in the high 70’s during the day to lows in the 40's at night.  

COVID Protocol

We want everyone to feel very comfortable, relaxed, and safe. In addition to the event being outdoors, Cielos will be following up to confirm vaccination status.  Oh, and as you probably already assumed, this is a very special private invitation.
